Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners

The following elements must be included in your copyright infringement complaint notice:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed.

4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit the Company to contact the complaining party, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

If you do not include all of the above information, it may invalidate your notification or cause a delay of the processing of the DMCA notification.

Please also note that the information provided in your notification to us may be forwarded to the person who provided the allegedly infringing content.

Procedure: It is expected that all users of any part of the Company system will comply with applicable copyright laws. However, if the Company receives proper notification of claimed copyright infringement, it will respond expeditiously by removing, or disabling access to, the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity provided all such claims have been investigated and determined to be valid by the Company in the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.

TRAIL CONDITIONS:

3/1/21 – The trails are probably in fair condition at this point. Most likely very icy. A few of the groomers will go out tonight to see if there is anything to work with but the trails around town are probably terrible. Its possible that some of the trails out in the woods are still fairly decent but we won’t know until after tonight. Unless we get some more snow during the week the trails will likely start closing. Maybe we can get one more weekend out of them. The bike path gates are officially closed but you can still scratch your way down to the lake via the trail along 9L.

2/25/21 – All four groomers are out tonight and trails should be good.

2/17/21 – The trails are hard and flat! Groomers have been out and every trail will be hit by tonight. We have had reports of some sleds overheating due to the lack of loose snow, so ice scratchers are a good idea. The rocks are disappearing and the trails are probably the best they have been in quite some time. All washouts are now frozen and covered over; even the trail to the West Mtn. parking lot is in fairly good condition, which is rare. The trail through Mt Kenyon campground (C4) is temporarily closed due to construction but we hope it will be open by this weekend. This prevents you from making it to Lake Vanare on this trail so you will have to take one of the other ways. The trail we closed last week through the same area is now open so you can loop around still. With the cold weather we have, the trails should remain in excellent condition through the weekend.. Get out and ride while it’s good!
